Spinach

Sauteed Spinich with Toasted Sesame Oil

  • 2 tsp
  • 1 tbls
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp minced ginger
  • 1 10-ounce spinach
  • 2 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp soy sauce

1. Heat skillet med heat. Add sesame seeds, ginger, garlic, cook for 30 seconds. Add spinach until wilted 2 minutes. Remove & stir in vinegar and soy sauce. Serve.
