Yorkshire Pudding

Ingredients:

  • two eggs
  • one cup of milk (250ml)
  • 225 ml of all purpose flour
  • 2 ml of salt
  • 50 ml beef drippings

method:

  • beat eggs in medium bowl until frothy
  • mix in milk
  • gradually beat in flour and salt
  • beating until smooth heat beef drippings in 8 x 8inch pan
  • when sizzling hot pour batter into pan
  • bake in 450 F oven for about 30 minutes
  • should be puffed and brown
