Yorkshire Pudding
Ingredients:
- two eggs
- one cup of milk (250ml)
- 225 ml of all purpose flour
- 2 ml of salt
- 50 ml beef drippings
method:
- beat eggs in medium bowl until frothy
- mix in milk
- gradually beat in flour and salt
- beating until smooth heat beef drippings in 8 x 8inch pan
- when sizzling hot pour batter into pan
- bake in 450 F oven for about 30 minutes
- should be puffed and brown
