Hey students of the currently rolling class of Culinary Arts at Kla-how-eya. Vince is home sick with a serious chest and lung infection. He saw a doctor today and was given a docs note stating that he was to stay home May 4-8 do to illness. Sorry for the inconvenience yall. It would be greatly appreciated if you would let Chef know what has happened if he hasn't been informed yet. Vince would like his homework to be faxed to him if possible so as not to fall behind.
